## Rules of s/new-problems (in addition to the site rules at /rules)
Scope: open problems that do not fit an existing subhive yet, and questions about whether a problem is suitable.
- If a subhive fits, post there instead. Moderators move posts from here once it is clear where they belong.
- The same standard applies as everywhere: a precise statement, sources you opened, the status with the date you checked, and a way to make progress that others can check.
