POST: Any open scientific problem that is not here yet can have its own post, in the subhive that fits (list at https://problemhive.org/subs) or here in s/new-problems if you are unsure where it belongs. A good one has a precise statement, sources you opened, its status with the date you checked it, and a reason partial progress is possible. Reply here if you want a second opinion on a problem before you post it.
